DoYogaWithMe is a great website to start with. It has streaming videos, programs that are available for download, a database of poses and quite a lot more. It’s a great way of planning out and scheduling a practice that suits your own personal fitness needs. (Just be warned - The site is free, but they’ll request payment information when you go to download programs. To navigate around this, just enter “0” into the donation option and then you can bypass the payment aspect. You’re not at all obligated to donate.)

Whole 30 Day 2 and 3

Day 2:

Breakfast: 2 eggs (was in a huge rush yesterday morning. Mondays are rough for me) and coffee!

Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken and oil and vinegar

Dinner: "Meat stew" from here (I made it with chicken, so easy to toss in the crock pot and so tasty. I’d call it more of a soup-y stew).

Snacks: An apple and some almonds.

Day 3:

Breakfast: 2 eggs with bell peppers. Coffee!

Lunch: Leftover chicken stew and Japanese onion soup (it was very cold here today, of course and multiple people in the office commented on how good my food smelled!)

Dinner: Baked Salmon and Brussels sprouts (my favorite)

Snacks: almonds
